Gloria and her caregivers went above and beyond any care home agency and caregiver would do. After few other care home agencies that only left me with frustration and stress, I decided to give 3GS Direct Care a try. It was the BEST decision I ever made! Nana Erlinda treated my mom like family and helped us everyday. She was so loving and kind by going above and beyond what “normal” duties other caregivers would do! It was stress free and I had a lot of trust in the quality of care that it took away my worries. It made it so stress free and simplier because there was only one caregiver- Nana, caring for my mom and it wasn’t different people every week which made it frustrating. No words can express how thankful we are to Nana and Gloria for the exceptional care and they were like Angels on Earth!!

I can’t express how pleased I am with 3Gs and the service they provided. How much they work with families and their wishes. Today I came home to having my mom’s laundry done and folded and her looking rested and comfortable. It’s not easy to care for a loved one and I appreciate the time and support that Gloria and staff have worked with my family on providing us with a peace of mind that mom will be well taken care of.
